House rules
Photo and film
With nominations for the Belgian Prize for Architecture and the European Museum of the Year, Texture is also a fine heritage site. Photography and filming is allowed during opening hours with a valid ticket. Planning a commercial or professional shoot? Top! Send us a request with all the details first. Please note that visitors should never be obstructed.
Cloakroom and lockers
Coats, umbrellas and large bags must be left in the cloakroom. Objects larger than 34 x 22 cm, such as rucksacks and luggage, may not be taken into the museum. You can store them safely in our free lockers with an adjustable pin code. The reception team will be happy to help you!
Animals
Pets are not allowed in the museum. Assistance dogs are of course welcome.
Camera surveillance
There is camera surveillance throughout the museum building. Camera images are kept in accordance with current regulations and may be shared with the police if necessary. For more information, please contact the reception team.
Accessed
Texture is accessible to all. Two loaner wheelchairs and portable seats are available. Prams, walkers, wheelchairs and other aids for people with disabilities can of course be brought along. You can find more information in our Accessibility Guide.
Food and drink
Food and drinks are not allowed in the museum rooms or exhibition areas. Visit our cosy museum bistro Kaffee Damast for a bite to eat and a drink.
WiFi
With the City of Kortrijk's free WiFi network, you can use wireless internet anywhere in the building. In case of misuse, you undertake to indemnify and compensate Texture against any claims or demands.
